Some of the best CGI in the York Films archive is in the process of being upgraded to High Definition. In an agreement with Planetary Visions (PVL), of London, PVL is reworking the York material for exploitation in an HD library operated by PVL.
With producers increasingly requiring HD, programme-makers should watch this space for details.
